Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the field of agricultural and biogas technology – national and international
What's it all about?
Are you the voice on the phone who remains charming even when dealing with a customer's third query? Are you a talented organiser who enjoys keeping track of a customer project from start to finish? Do you enjoy processing orders for spare parts, repairs or service calls? Do you enjoy communicating with specialist departments and our customers and ensuring that everything runs smoothly? Your responsibilities:
- You will support the technical service department by providing assistance and working with technicians to prepare quotations.
- You will process customer quotations and ensure that all processes run smoothly up to invoicing – including orders, deposits and deliveries.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all relevant customer information.
- You will prepare the documentation for our technicians' assignments so that all tasks can be carried out efficiently and according to plan.
- You will be responsible for checking HS codes and creating MRNs in the export department and will take care of all documents for international shipping.
- For export shipments, you will be responsible for shipping registration and coordinating correspondence with freight forwarders, including requesting prices and transport times.
- You will edit templates in Excel to optimise the administrative process and make it more efficient.
Your strengths:
- You have commercial or technical training and initial experience in customer service or repair order management.
- You are proficient in Excel and enjoy working with templates and other administrative tasks to optimise processes.
- Ideally, you already have experience in coordinating shipping and customs clearance and are familiar with international regulations.
- You have very good German and English skills; other foreign languages are an advantage but not a must.
- You work reliably and in a structured manner and can keep track of multiple tasks. You are a real team player and always have an open ear for your colleagues – and are also up for a bit of fun now and then!
