Technical Support (M/F/D) in the field of agricultural and biogas technology
What you can expect

Your responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products. You will advise customers, take fault and error reports and service requests, and document them.
- You will diagnose technical problems, find the cause and organise the necessary repairs at the customer's premises or in the on-site service workshop
- Resource planning for service calls at the customer's premises, planning the necessary tools and materials, and planning the service vehicles are part of your daily business
- You will create the necessary documentation for service calls, maintenance work and customer complaints.
- Order processing, from quotation preparation and order confirmation to delivery note/invoice issuance, is part of your area of responsibility
- You will work closely with your colleagues from customer and technical service as well as logistics to master customer requirements as a team
- You are ready to conquer the world and win new customers together with us
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, plant mechanic or with a comparable qualification
- You are able to communicate openly and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues and have a professional and friendly manner towards our customers
- You are no stranger to service and economic thinking
- Driving licence class B, BE (ideally C, CE)
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
- You enjoy occasional short trips abroad
- Good written and spoken German and English
- You are a team player, flexible, conscientious and work in a goal-oriented and independent manner
