...shaken!
If the fermenting substrates are left to their own devices in the fermenter or secondary fermentation tank, sinking and floating layers of varying density are created, which slow down the decomposition process. Biogas agitators prevent this by mixing the biomass evenly. They ensure a homogeneous mass, promote the biodegradation of organic materials and help to optimize biogas production.
Agitator technology for biogas plants
The right agitator for everyone.
They have to be efficient and durable - agitators that are committed to sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Paulmichl agitators stand for high quality and robustness. Here is an overview of the product range. You can find out more about the individual models on the detailed pages.
There is no clear recommendation for one agitator. Which biogas agitator you should use depends on the system concept, the substrate, the temperature in the fermenter and, last but not least, the desired longevity. Combinations can also be very useful. We are also happy to support you in the construction of your biogas plant - from planning and pipeline construction to commissioning.
