More than just pumps: Paulmichl submersible cutter pumps have an integrated high-performance cutter made of resistant WIDIA special steel. The cutter of this high-performance, liquid slurry and sludge pump reliably shreds long-fibre substances or components of floating decks. Media that are difficult to pump and are interspersed with solids are no problem for this exchange cutter pump.
The Paulmichl submersible cutter pump also has a drive unit made of high-strength machine tube, a stainless steel drive shaft with multiple robust shaft bearings and high-quality industrial ball bearings that run in an oil bath. It is mounted using a hot-dip galvanised wall rail for hanging / dowelling.
We offer a wide range of lifting frames as accessories for mobile use and for safely moving the pump into various containers.
The preferred areas of application for our submersible cutting pumps are:

Stirring and pumping at the same time
Individual special solutions and the Paulmichl pump and agitator combination unit set new standards in the field of pumping technology. This combination system is characterised by its unique homogenisation capability, with simultaneous agitation and pumping of extreme liquid mist ratios. Separate, lateral swivelling of the agitator nozzle and the agitator blade during operation ensure an optimum homogenisation process.
