Separation when it’s needed

A new PM 300 MF from Paulmichl has arrived at Maschinenring Technik GmbH in Ilshofen. With a throughput of up to 60 m³/h, this high-performance separation technology is now available for flexible use.

The delivery was accompanied by a detailed on-site induction. Five employees from Maschinenring, as well as the future machine operator, familiarised themselves with the machine and how to operate it.

Up to 60 m³/h for demanding applications

The PM 300 with mobile conveyor belt is designed for efficient separation and achieves a throughput of up to 60 m³/h.

In biogas plants in particular, reliable separation can help to make better use of the resulting substrates. Separating the material into a solid and a liquid phase opens up various options for storage, transport and further utilisation.

This can mean, for example:

• less liquid volume for storage and transport
• a more manageable solid phase
• more targeted use of the nutrients contained
• greater flexibility in the further processing of the separated fractions

However, it is not just the theoretical throughput that counts in day-to-day operations. What is crucial is that the technology operates reliably and without complications, even with challenging substrates.

The offer from Maschinenring Technik is particularly interesting: the PM 300 MF is available for hire.
